3748457 - 500 internal server error when opening erp customer details via Manage Customer or Display Change Request in MDG fiori

Symptom

  • "500 Internal Server Error" occurs when displaying ERP customer details in the MDG Fiori portal.
  • Error appears when the user selects Details under the ERP Customer tab from the Manage Customer tile.
  • The same error occurs when using the Display Change Request tile to view customer details.
  • Stack trace indicates CL_MDG_BS_CUST_HANDLER=>AUTH_MASS_BP_SALES during authority checks.
