• The form is approved from the approver's Guided Buying Inbox under the Custom Forms tab in "Your approval".
• After approval, the request refreshes and disappears from the list, and the approver cannot view it anymore.
• In the older version of the form, approved purchase orders remained visible for review.
• There is a discrepancy in behavior between the two form versions.
