3748510 - AES 3.0 Incompletion error when number of packages per item exceeds 99

• For AES 3.0 customs declaration, an incompletion error for number of packages exceeding 99 is displayed: "Package Details can be specified a maximum of 99 times" (/SAPSLL/CUS_ECC_DE1 007).
• For another AES 3.0 customs declaration, the same expected incompletion message is not displayed. Instead incompletion warning message "The system generated a virtual item (/SAPSLL/CUS_ECC 611) may be displayed.
