3748513 - SAP PI Unable to open ESR and ID

• After perfomed PI/PO system and related Servers major changes, such, system migration, SAP PI/PO related IP addresses and ports
• An error occurs when attempting to open the SAP PO (ESR and ID) tool. 
  The error message displayed is: Cannot connect to server using message server: mshttps://<server>:<port>/P4S
• From the logs:
