3748519 - DRTM performance reviews shows no form templates in manage data when setting retention period

• Not able to set up the retention period for performance forms to 5 years.
• When selecting DRTM Performance Reviews in Manage Data, no data is visible in the section where forms need to be selected.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Data.
2. Search for DRTM Performance Reviews.
3. In the next dropdown, attempt to select form templates.
4. Observe that no data is displayed where the forms should be selectable.

The dropdown in Manage Data is designed to list Purge Object Types, not form templates.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Data.
2. Search for DRTM Performance Reviews.
3. Select Create New to add a Purge Object Type.
4. In the create screen, enter the required details, select the relevant performance form template, and set the desired retention period (for example, 5 years).
5. Save the new Purge Object Type.
6. Return to Manage Data and verify that the Purge Object Type now appears and can be used for retention management.
