3748526 - Error: "event not found" in hdbuserstore SET command

• Running the hdbuserstore SET command with a password containing the ! (exclamation mark) or other spechial characters fails immediately with an error such as xxx: Event not found. — "xxx" represents the characters following ! or other special characters in the password
• The hdbuserstore entry is not created; no confirmation message is returned
• Run 'hdbsql -U <key name>' failed to connect to the database with authentication failed issue.
• Error occurs regardless of whether the password is wrapped in single quotes ('...') or double quotes ("...")
• For example:

  hdbuserstore SET <KEY> <hostname>:<port> <DB_USER> 'Password!1234'
  

  Output:

  1234: Event not found.
