3748546 - Continuous feedback request card remains in "For You Today" after responding from legacy home page - 1H2026 Known Issue

After responding to the continuous feedback request from legacy home page, the card doesn't disappear from For You Today.

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Set the home page to the legacy home page.
2. In For You Today, click a feedback request and respond to it.
3. Send the feedback but the card still appears under For You Today.
4. Open the card again, fill in content, and click Send. An error appears stating the feedback cannot be sent twice.
5. Click Cancel and the card still displays.
6. Refresh the page and the card disappears.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround

1. Refresh the page
2. Go to Company System and Logo Settings > Enable the latest Home Page experience as this issue only impacts legacy home page.
