When trying to generate the Benefits Confirmation Statement for an employee, the following error shows:

"A Document Generation Template for the Benefits Confirmation Statement isn’t available in your current language. Please contact your administrator for further assistance."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to the Employee profile;
2. Go to Benefit Overview;
3. Click on View Benefits Statement;
4. The following error will show:

Either the Benefits Confirmation Statement Configuration is using an unsupported template for the new configuration, or the Confirmation Statement Template has wrong/ unsupported mappings. 

• Make sure you have the Latest Recommended Confirmation Template, which can be found below or on the SAP Software Download Center. 
  • The file EC_Benefits_Configuration_Files_for_Confirmation_Statement_Template.zip is available in the Attachments section on this KBA (only available in English)
    • Note: By clicking on the file, the system will open a new tab for the download. It may not work if your system blocks the new tab opening.
  • To download via SAP Software Download Center:
    • Go to the SAP Software Download Center;
    • Choose INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE.
    • Choose EC Benefits Configuration - Confirmation Statement Template and download the configuration file.
• Adjust the Benefits Confirmation Statement Configuration according to your requirements as recommended on Benefit Confirmation Statement
