3748621 - File transfers failing until FTP Server Record points to correct folder in SAP Agent Lifecycle Management

Symptom

Attempts to connect from the application to inbound and outbound integration folders via ftp server can cause different errors:

  • Error on activation/test in some cases: "Validation failed. Failed to authenticate to host with provided user."
  • Error during file delivery: "java.lang.RuntimeException: Errors occurred processing DeliveryTargets".
  • Log warning during transfer: "File ... could not be copied to ... on ..."
