Symptom
- In Configure Document Management, the Certificate field dropdown is not available.
- No error message is displayed.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Configure Document Management.
- Select OpenText and start the OAuth-based configuration.
- Enter the CMIS browser endpoint, the system user, and the OAuth token endpoint.
- Observe that the Certificate field dropdown is not available for selection.
Cause
An X.509 certificate without an expiry date in Security Center caused the Certificate dropdown to be unavailable in Configure Document Management.
Resolution
- Open Security Center and navigate to X.509 Certificates.
- Locate any certificate with no expiry date (Valid Until is empty).
- Edit the certificate to set a valid expiry (Valid Until) date, or delete it if it is not required.
- Save the changes.
- Return to Configure Document Management and refresh the page.
- Verify that the Certificate dropdown is now available.
