Symptom

When opening the Latest People Profile->Full Profile, "No data" is shown.

Environment

  • Product: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • People Profile - Full Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. User A Navigate to the Latest People Profile->Full Profile, "No data" is shown.
  2. But if you open the employee profile page using another user's account then proxy as user A, then data is shown.

Cause

No permission to general user permissions->user search.

Resolution

Gran the user permission to user search.
