3748644 - Cloud Integration iFlow Deployment Fails with "Requested runtime location (cloudintegration) is not supported for tenant"

Deployment of any iFlow on the Cloud Integration tenant fails with the following error:

{Integration flow name} deployment failed. Requested runtime location (cloudintegration) is not supported for tenant: {tenant id}.

Additionally, when accessing Manage Integration Content, the following error may occur:
