3748656 - Incorrect gender details is shown in it0002 while on pa0002 database gender is correctly saved

• Gender is incorrectly displayed as "MALE" for all female employees in Infotype 0002 (IT0002) screen, while the data at PA0002 level is accurate.
• Unable to change the gender from "MALE" to "FEMALE" or vice versa during creation or modification in IT0002.
• After saving the record from "MALE" to "FEMALE," PA0002 updates the gender to "2" as expected, but the IT0002 screen still shows "MALE."
