SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
I am importing the SSL server certificate from Managed Gateway for Spend&Network into STRUST on my SAP ERP system following the SAP Help Portal - Installing the SSL Certificate documentation. After downloading the certificate file from the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network resources page and attempting to import it in STRUST, a password prompt appears. I do not have a password for this file and cannot complete the import.
