Symptom

There is an error message in Groupware Settings: All-day recurring events are currently not supported

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to E-Mail Integration > Groupware Settings.
  2. Check the details for the user.
  3. Observe the error: "All-day recurring events are currently not supported"

Cause

The groupware integration does not support syncing all-day recurring events, which produces error entries during synchronization.

Resolution
