Messages are stuck in Processing in an integration flow for sometime and then eventually fail with an error "org.apache.camel.CamelExchangeException: Multicast processing failed for number x. Exchange[xxxx-xxxx]. Caused by: [org.apache.camel.CamelExchangeException - Multicast processing failed for number 0. Exchange[xxxx-xxxx]. Caused by: [com.sap.it.nm.types.NodeManagerException - Error retrieving the artifact descriptor for xxxx]], cause: java.util.NoSuchElementException: Timeout waiting for idle object".
