3748854 - Cannot search for some Candidates in Message Center

• In Recruiting > Message Center, searching by candidate name does not always return results.
• When a user searches by a specific candidate’s first name, last name, or full name, no results are returned in the Message Center search, even though messages from that candidate are visible when scrolling.
• Other Candidates can be found

1. Open Message Center as a Recruiter
2. Use the search function to search for a Candidate you have communicated with - no results are found
3. Note the search function returns other Candidates that you have also communicated with

When Candidates create a Profile, they are asked to choose from a profile visibility option - "Make My Profile Visible to" 

This answer to this question controls whether Recruiters are permitted to search for them. 

SAP Engineering have confirmed their choice at point of profile creation also controls their searchability in Message Center and this is an expected behaviour.
