Symptom

Feature was expected as part of 2605 release however, Built in support feature not working as expected.

Environment

SAP CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Click on Built-in support icon.
  3. Notice error.

Cause

Functionality of feature.

Resolution

  • The feature is currently not working, SAP CPQ Support Team can disable the feature if needed.
  • Fix should be provided before 2605 production deployment.
