While creating a Work Agreement with worker type Contingent Worker (BBP005), the system throws the following error message: 'Supplier of Contingent Worker is mandatory. Enter a Supplier of Contingent Worker'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Workforce app.
2. Select any Worker.
3. Create a Work agreement with Worker type Contingent worker (BBP005).
4. observe the error message.

The error occurs because the Is Contingent Worker of Field is not maintained.

The Field Is Contingent Worker of is a mandatory field for worker type Contingent Worker (BBP005).

Steps :

1. Open Maintain Workforce app.
2. Open the Work Agreement creation screen.
3. Enter all required details for the Contingent Worker
4. Maintain a valid Supplier of Contingent Worker in the Field 'Is Contingent Worker of'.
5. Save the Work Agreement.

If no supplier is available or applicable, create the Work Agreement using worker type Employee (BUP003) instead of Contingent Worker (BBP005).
