3749039 - Document template screen keeps loading indefinitely - Onboarding

When uploading a document template in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates, the upload screen keeps loading indefinitely and does not complete.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates.
2. Select Add to create a new document template.
3. Upload the desired document file.
4. Observe that the screen keeps loading and the upload never completes, with no error shown.

Dynamic document is not supported.

Verify whether the template is a dynamic document and recreate or export the file as a supported static document without dynamic content.
