3749043 - 3PL Inbound Delivery Notification Not Released Although Delivery is Completed

3PL Inbound Delivery Notification is not released even though Inbound Delivery is created and released.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Third-Party Logistics work center
2. Go to Inbound Delivery Notifications sub view under 3PL Inbound view.
3. Select 'All Delivery Notifications by Selection' from the dropdown.
4. Open advance filter.
5. Search with the Purchase Order XYZ.
6. Choose Go.
7. Observe the Release status is Not Released.
8. Go to Inbound Deliveries sub view under 3PL Inbound view.
9. Open advance filter.
10. Search with the Purchase Order XYZ.
11. Choose Go.
12. Observe the Inbound Delivery Release status is Released status.

(XYZ represents the Purchase Order ID)

• In the incoming InboundDeliveryExecutionConfirmation (IDEC) payload, incorrect Inbound Delivery Notification ID is provided in the tag <vendorID>.
• As a result, the created Inbound Delivery is not linked with the existing Inbound Delivery Notification.

The existing Inbound Delivery Notification can be cancelled as the Inbound Delivery is Created and Released.

To cancel the Inbound Delivery Notification follow the below steps:

1. Go to Third-Party Logistics work center.
2. Go to Inbound Delivery Notifications sub view under 3PL Inbound view.
3. Select All Delivery Notifications by Selection from the dropdown.
4. Search and select the Inbound Deliver Notification ABC. (ABC represents Inbound Delivery Notification ID)
5. Choose Actions and Select Cancel Delivery Notification.
