Symptom
- After the 1H 2026 release, the Employer Data Review task appears in the Offboarding Dashboard even when business rules indicate the step should be skipped.
- In Manage Data > Process Object, Employer Data Review is marked as skipped.
- The task is shown as "Not Applicable" in the UI.
- A Start button is displayed for the "Not Applicable" task, and selecting Start redirects to the employee profile page.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to the Offboarding Dashboard and act as a manager-level user
- Select the offboardee from the list
- Observe that the Employer Data Review task is visible and marked as Not Applicable even though it should be skipped.
- Observe that a Start option is available for the Not Applicable task.
- Select Start and note that the action redirects to the employee profile page.
Cause
- This is a known issue
- This will be fixed to not to show the skipped tasks, which is the existing behavior in offboarding dashboard.
Resolution
- The issue would be fixed along with the P5 Patch cycle.

NOTE: There is no functional impact with this known issue. The offboarding process will continue to work as expected.
