3749159 - 'Withdraw' button from Team View page for classes labeled as "Registered by Administrator"

At the Team View page, managers see a 'Withdraw' option for all classes their team members are registered into. However, for registrations made by admins, the withdraw action cannot be completed due to an error:

• "You didn't register yourself for this class. Please contact your manager."

If managers cannot withdraw users from such classes, why is the 'Withdraw' option available?

1. Log into HCM as a manager >
2. Navigate to Learning > Team View >
3. For a user that has class registrations, notice that a 'Withdraw' button is available, even for classes labeled as "Registered by Administrator" >
4. From the Team View page, when clicking on its 'Withdraw' button, the manager lands on the Class Details page and the 'Withdrawal Reason' wizard is automatically loaded >
5. When selecting the reason and submitting it, an error happens: "You didn't register yourself for this class. Please contact your manager." >
6. When closing the 'Withdrawal Reason' wizard, is possible to see that the page's 'Withdraw' is greyed out: "Withdraw Not Available" > View Details: "You didn't register yourself for this class. Please contact your manager."
7. Shouldn't the 'Withdraw' option be hidden for classes where the users were registered by admins?
