3749199 - Card is missing in "Organizational Updates" unless the zoom of the browser page is decreased.

Symptom

Cards under "Organizational updates" indicates 4 cards, but only 3 are displayed; clicking “show all” does not reveal the 4th card; reducing browser zoom (for example, to 90% or 80%) shows all 4 cards.
