3749258 - UI5 apps in BTP Work Zone show browser time instead of server IANA time zone; parameter TIME_ZONE_FROM_SERVER_IN_UI5 not applied

• UI5-based apps (for example, “Find Maintenance Order”, “Find Maintenance Order and Operation”) display date-time values using the user’s local/browser time zone when launched from Work Zone.
• Web Dynpro apps (for example, “Display Maintenance Order”, “Change Maintenance Order”) display server-based date-time values, leading to inconsistent timestamps compared to UI5 apps.
• When exporting/downloading data from UI5 apps, date-time values are in the user’s local time zone, causing inconsistencies in downstream analysis.
