3749412 - Termination Details Card Becomes Visible to Employees before Termination Effective Date in Latest People Profile – 1H 2026

• In the latest people profile, the Termination Details card is visible to the employee, even when the termination is future dated (not yet effective).
• The field "end-date" is reflecting in the card before the termination effective date.
• Expectation: the Termination Details card should only be shown to the employee when the termination is effective.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. As an admin, identify an employee who has a future-dated termination record in Job Information.
2. Proxy as that employee (employee self-view).
3. Navigate to the employee’s profile > Job Information.
4. Observe that the Termination Details card, including "end-date", is visible even though the termination effective date is in the future.

Engineering has confirmed the fix. It will be applied via patch on May 12th in Preview environments.
