3749439 - Duplicate period folders are appearing in the Reporting and Analytics personal folders in SAP Incentive Management

When a report is scheduled or published for a user (e.g., John123), a folder named in the month-year format (e.g., April 2026) is created under the user’s My Favourites personal folder in SAP Incentive Management. 

However, instead of a single folder being created for the period, multiple folders with the same name (e.g., April 2026) are intermittently generated. As a result, when the user logs in to the BI launchpad to view reports, duplicate period folders are visible under their personal folders whereas only one folder is expected.
