Symptom
A new enhancement has been added as part of 1H 2026 release wherein administrators can now configure the Internal to External Deconversion job based on a specific field condition, ensuring smoother profile management in the deconversion process.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Manage Recruiting Settings
2. Navigate to Internal to External Profile Conversion section
3. See new setting enabled under this section stating " Select the field to match with employee profile"
Cause
This is a new enhancement made to product.
Resolution
Administrators can now configure the Internal to External Deconversion job based on a specific field condition, ensuring smoother profile management in the deconversion process.
This enhancement allows administrators ensure continuity of candidate profiles after employees leave the organization even when their work email is no longer accessible.
