XDL notification emails are not being received after the customer's custom integration processes and uploads files to SAP XDL's SFTP server every 15 minutes, despite notifications being configured and previously working. Expected workflow:

• Files are uploaded to the customer's SFTP solution regularly
• The custom integration processes these files every 15 minutes
• Processed files are then uploaded to SAP XDL's SFTP server
• SAP XDL's SFTP server is configured to send notifications upon successful file receipt
• This notification flow was functioning previously
