• After the 1H2026 Release, the information message section is shown at the bottom of the page in Potential card.
• Before the Release, the message was displayed at the top, above Rating List.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Locate any employee in the instance.
2. Navigate to the Performance and Goals section.
3. Open Potential card clicking on "View All".
4. Observe that information message is visible at the bottom of the page after scrolling down. 

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
