Restricting the route document permission to specific templates is not working as expected.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 1H 2026

1. Go to route form tool
2. Search for a form template that is not part of the Route Document permission in Manage Permission Roles
3. Form template appears in search

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 1H 2026 P[5].
