3749635 - enableLegacyUIReplacement - Scheduled and Duration Based Programs Missing Section Durations

With the introduction of the enableLegacyUIReplacement setting in 1H 2026, a revamped Program and Curricula page were introduced. When comparing the legacy and new Program pages, the duration value of each section of a program is not visible on the new page.
