3749661 - Cannot personalize home page when proxying as another user

When accessing the instance with the Latest Home Page enabled, a pencil icon is displayed in the Greeting section and the pop-up "Did you know you can personalize your home page?" appears at the bottom of the screen, allowing the user to personalize the home page.

However, when proxying as another user, both options are not visible, meaning the home page cannot be personalized.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Log in to the instance.
2. Proxy as a user.
3. Observe that the pencil icon is not displayed in the Greeting section and the "Did you know you can personalize your home page?" pop-up is not visible at the bottom of the home page.

This is the expected behavior.

It is not possible to personalize the home page of another user when proxying.

To personalize the home page, the user must access the home page directly using their own account.
