Symptom

Users may experience one or more of the following:

  • An error occurs after selecting Initiate eSignature.
  • The document cannot be edited in the external e-signature application.
  • The external application displays formatting or validation issues.
  • The document cannot be signed after leaving SAP Fieldglass.
  • An issue occurs after SAP Fieldglass redirects the user to a third-party application.
