Symptom

  • Several database users are not aligned with their corresponding login names
  • Some users appear to be linked to incorrect logins due to SUID inconsistent or mismatch
  • Several database users not same with login names
  • Multiple users appear shifted or incorrectly mapped to different logins
  • getting error "User already has a login under a different name"
  • For Example: 
    Database user: SAPUser
    Expected login: SAPUser1
    However, many users are currently mapped to different or incorrect logins.
