3749700 - Mashup Refresh event is not working

Symptom

Refresh event not working for mashup. In the console log there is the error: "Event name in actionData does not match any mashup event."

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Sign in to the system and open affected worklist view.
  2. Open the record where the mashup button is expected to refresh the data.
  3. Navigate to the mashup section and click on the refresh button.
  4. Observe that nothing happens.

Cause

The event name configured in mashup authoring does not match the event name sent from the mashup script.

Resolution

The event name must exactly match what was defined defined during mashup authoring. Please adjust the event name and make sure both match.
