3749702 - Marginal tax is not deducted for terminated employees

Symptom

When running payroll for an employee whose termination date falls in the current pay period:
  • Marginal tax is not calculated or deducted
  • Wage type /129 (average normal earning) is imported as zero from the previous period
  • The expected marginal tax amount is missing from the payroll result
