Symptom

  • Rejection notifications are not sent when a Statement of Work (SOW) is rejected via the Requisition Response Upload integration
  • Messaging is enabled in Admin Configuration (gear icon) > Messaging configuration, but notifications are not triggered
  • Notifications are sent as expected when a Statement of Work is rejected manually
  • No error message is displayed
