Symptom
With the 1H 2026 release, the enableLegacyUIReplacement setting was introduced which provides a new look for Curricula and Program pages. When accessing a curricula, the date pattern in the Expiration Date and Due Date section do not adhere to the user's preference.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning 1H 2026
Reproducing the Issue
- Access Options and Settings as the user
- Change the Date Pattern preference to anything else other than MM/DD/YYYY
- Go to System Configuration > Edit LMS_ADMIN > set enableLegacyUIReplacement=true > Apply Changes
- Assign a Curricula to the user and as the user access the curricula
- The date pattern values are showing as MM/DD/YYYY instead of another option such as DD/MMM/YYYY

Workaround
Users can set the preference to MM/DD/YYYY or disable enableLegacyUIReplacement.
