3749732 - Error: VK 022 Enter Unit of Measure — when replicating QuoteMessageContractServices from SAP Ariba Sourcing to SAP ERP

Symptom

When I submit a QuoteMessageContractServices document from SAP Ariba Sourcing to SAP ERP via Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, the purchasing document fails to be created in the SAP ERP.

I see the error VK 022 Enter Unit of Measure in transaction SRT_MONI.
