3749759 - F2071: Order type value help truncated when generating order from maintenance notification

Symptom

In Find maintenance notification, when generating a maintenance order from a maintenance notification, the Order Type value help (dropdown) does not show complete order types. the content is truncated.

Error 'Plant tables not maintained properly' is displayed after clicking 'Generate' with the incorrect order type selected.
