Group data analysis fails when multiple consolidation versions are selected together, while running with a single version works.

Error: “All consolidation versions must have the special versions {CnsldtnFSItemAttributeVersion, CnsldtnUnitAttributeVersion}”

Error: “Error reading the data of InfoProvider 2CIMCFNDNCUBE” (Message no. DBMAN305)

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Group Data Analysis app.
2. In Filters, select two consolidation versions at the same time (for example, two different plan/actual versions).
3. Run the report and observe the error messages listed above.

A regression introduced by the new Reporting Rule logic causes the system to enforce special version checks even when Reporting Rules are not used, leading to an error when multiple versions are selected together.

Apply the fix delivered in Hotfix Collection HFC10 for the relevant release(May 16-17). This hotfix removes the incorrect check for scenarios where Reporting Rules are not used.

After your system receives HFC10, re-run Group Data Analysis with multiple versions and confirm the report executes without errors.

As a temporary workaround until HFC10 is applied, run the report with one consolidation version at a time.
