3749804 - Onboarding section not showing in story reporting after go-live - successfactors onboarding

Symptom

  • Onboarding section is not showing up in Story Reporting after go-live.
  • When creating a new Story (optimized design experience), the Onboarding section is missing under Available Data.
  • No error messages are displayed.

Environment

 SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Home → Reporting → New → Story → Optimized Design Experience → Create.
  2. Observe that the Onboarding section is not present under Available Data.

Cause

Refresh Reporting Metadata Company Job not running

Resolution

  1. Enable Story Reporting for Onboarding 2.0:
  2. 1. Go to Admin Center → Onboarding → General Settings.
  3. 2. Locate the “Story Reporting for Onboarding 2.0” toggle and switch it ON, then save.
  4. Refresh reporting metadata in Provisioning:
  5. 1. Go to Provisioning → Manage Scheduled Jobs.
  6. 2. Find “Refresh Reporting Metadata Company Job”.
  7. 2.1. If the job does not exist, create it.
  8. 2.2. If it exists, run it immediately.
  9. After the job completes, log out and log back in, then verify:
  10. 1. Home → Reporting → New → Story → Optimized Design Experience → Create → Available Data.
  11. 2. Confirm the Onboarding section and its tables (for example, Process and Process Tasks) are available.
