3749848 - Terminate UI Not Displaying for Concurrent Employees in latest people profile

In latest people profile, if terminate employee with concurrent employments, Terminate UI does not appear (not desire);

In legacy people profile, if terminate employee with concurrent employments, Terminate UI appears (desired).

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. In latest people profile (PPX), open an employee who has concurrent employments and start a termination from Actions.
2. Observe that the Terminate UI does not open.
3. Switch to PP3 for the same employee and start a termination from Actions.
4. Observe that the Terminate UI opens as expected.

The "UserId" field is disabled in the instance, preventing the API from returning the field value to the UI and causing the Terminate Action to fail.

1. Enable the UserId field in Business Configuration:

1.1 Go to Manage Business Configuration → Standard → Employee Files.

1.2 Select the UserId field.

1.3 Click "Make Correction" in the right panel.

1.4 Set Enable = Yes and save.

2. Grant permissions for the UserId field:

2.1 Go to Manage Permission Roles and open the role for the logged-in user.

2.2 Click Edit → Employee Data → UserId.

2.3 Grant View, Edit, or Both as appropriate and save.
