Error when clicking the "Final Data Review" step; the page shows "You do not have access to this page";

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in as the user assigned to the Final Data Review task.
2. From the home page or task center, open the Final Data Review task for an onboardee.
3. Observe the error: "You do not have access to this page."

Role-based permission configuration: the user lacks ONB2Process object permission or the role’s target population does not include the onboardee.

1. In Role-Based Permissions, open the user's permission role.
2. Under Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions, grant Process (ONB2Process) access as required.
3. Review the role’s target population and ensure it includes the onboardee.
4. Save the changes and have the user retry the Final Data Review step.
