How to disable the email and print functions for purchase orders via output parameter determination.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a new purchase order in the system.
2. Observe that email and print outputs are automatically generated for the purchase order. 

The email and print functions are part of the standard system design.

1. Open the app "Output Parameter Determination" for Purchase Orders.
2. For the relevant output types (for example, print, email), change the processing option from "Immediately" to "Scheduled".
3. Review and adjust the condition rules so that only the desired Purchase Orders meet the conditions for output; if a Purchase Order does not meet the conditions, no email or PDF is created.
4. Ensure there is an application job and a scheduling app configured for the selected business object so that scheduled outputs run as intended. 
5. Test with a new Purchase Order to confirm that unwanted email/print outputs are no longer created immediately and only occur per your schedule and conditions.
