Symptom

Certain job description formatting (such as font color and font size) defined in the requisition is not retained when the job is posted on the RMK Career Site.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the job posting page.
  2. Review the job description.
  3. Observe that certain formatting (such as font color and font size) defined in the requisition is not fully retained after posting.

Cause

This is a Known Issue. The following style attributes are not being transferred to RMK.

A) font-family
B) font-size
C) font color

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch [1H 2026 P5]. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base.
