3749937 - "TriggerMatrixRelationSync" Field removed from Manage Business Configuration

The field "TriggerMatrixRelationSync" is removed from Manage Business Configuration for the Job Information.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Manage Business Configuration (BCUI) & Data Models (XML)

1. Open Manage Business Configuration and navigate to the Job Information (jobInfo) HRIS element; observe that the field "TriggerMatrixRelationSync" is no longer present.
2. Go to an employee record and attempt to perform and save a Job Information change.
3. Notice that the save action is blocked because the system requires the "TriggerMatrixRelationSync" identifier.

The field "TriggerMatrixRelationSync" was deprecated. To ensure transparency for users we chose to keep it visible in Manage Business Configuration (BCUI) so they can remove it themselves.

We're deprecating this option of triggering the Matrix Positions to Job Relationships synchronization. This option is a user-based decision, and removing it ensures data consistency and reduces complexity. The synchronization now happens according to your Position Management Settings.
