3749938 - Why import batch data event not triggering in SAP ariba even though CIG Transaction Tracker shows completed?

Symptom

I am loading master data Import Batch Data to my SAP ariba parent realm via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG). Even though the CIG Transaction Tracker shows the transaction as completed, the Import Batch Data event under Data Import/Export in SAP ariba is not triggered or updated. My system returns a 200/202 response, but the data is not processed in SAP ariba.
