3749956 - Function getovpconfig changes after ui5 1.130

Symptom

  • Regression observed from SAP UI5 1.130 onwards: ovp configuration from the parent app is not applied/merged in extension projects.
  • Result: the overview page or its cards do not load because required sap.ovp entries (for example, globalFilterModel) are not found in the extension alone.
  • Working SAP UI5 versions: ≤ 1.120.44. Affected SAP UI5 versions: ≥ 1.130.8.
